Juanitas chilli hit smoothie

I have to admit I do have a slight chilli addiction, I think this happens to a lot of people and I have been wondering about a smoothie with some Noccas in it but not sure that would be a good thing. ( I will keep working on it though)

In the meantime this satisfies a few of my cravings,  is a healthy breakfast,  a bit of a metabolism kick start, plus satisfies till lunch time. What more could you want?

I tablespoon of Chai Spice Choc Chilli Chai (you can start with a teaspoon if you like?)

1 cup of Almond Milk

1 teaspoon of Coconut oil ( or you can use coconut milk instead of almond milk)

a small handful of cashews

a small handful of blueberries 

1 talespoon of TLC


Blend and enjoy!
