Vegan Chorizo was created for us to use in our cafe and has become so popular we just had to package it for you to take home. 

It has all the smokiness and spice you would expect from a "normal" Mexican style chorizo mince but with a nut base. 

Perfect for in quesadillas and tostadas but we also love it tossed through sweet potato and zucchini noodles, spread on biscuits, sprinkled over nachos, mixed through mashed cauliflower ........ many more options for this one!!
