2 Ingredient Quick Avocado Dip
This is a super, speedy, tangy avocado dip that we served in the cafe in mutiple ways. It can be used as a dip or as an extra side with other dishes.
It makes your jar of Tomatillo Salsa go a bit further and turns a lovely avocado into something spectacular.
Ingredients
1 - 2 Avocados
1/2 jar of Tomatillo Salsa
Method
For a chunky version, peel and mash the avocados with a fork and stir in the Tomatillo Salsa.
Alternatively for a creamy version, peel the avocados and pop them in a blender with the Tomatillo Salsa, blend until smooth.
Thats it... easy. :)
